Sustainability

We don’t claim to be Vegan or Organic because we’re not, nor do we claim to be “Green” because it’s easy to say but difficult to validate and that’s Greenwashing.

What we do try to be is sustainable, but we also understand that being sustainable is a journey and not a destination and that we are at the start of that journey. These are some of the sustainability actions we have taken so:

• Clean Beauty Formulations, so no Sulphates, Parabens, Silicones or artificial dyes.
• 30% PCR in our bottles.
• Recyclable bottles, both glass and plastic.
• Recyclable plastic caps.
• Use FSC Certified board in all our cartons.
• Certified Cruelty Free by PETA
• Using plastic free, 100% sustainable mailing packaging (that includes our tape too) making it compostable.
• Working with fulfilment partners for warehousing and shipping whose facilities are on track to be Net Zero by 2025.
• Use ethically sourced Upcycled Pink Berry across our range. Reducing waste and paying the Sri Lankan communities that grow them a fair price.

We have only just started on this journey, and we will continue to include more sustainability measures in to our products and processes as we grow, welcoming your input too.
